Chick sexing is a method of distinguishing the sex of chickens and other hatchlings, usually by a trained person called sexy girl or chicken sexer . Chicken sexing is practiced mostly by large commercial hatcheries for separating hens or "pullets" (destined to spawn for commercial sale) from males or "rooster" (mostly killed within days of hatching because they are not relevant to egg production). Females and a small number of males stored for meat production are then incorporated into different feeding programs that are appropriate for their commercial role.
Segments are different from poultry chicken chickens for various reasons. In farms that produce eggs, men are not desirable; for meat production, separating male and female lines for breeding is maintained to produce hybrid birds sold for tables, and chicks of the wrong sex in one line are not desirable. Chicks of unwanted sex are killed almost instantly to reduce costs to breeders.

Several methods are used to determine the gender of a day-old chicks. Some are only effective with certain breeds or breeds, while others are universal. The two main methods for roosters are having sex and having sex.
Changing genders
Vent sexing, also known only as ventilation, involves squeezing out the dirt from a girl, which opens the anal anus hole (called a cloaca) a bit, allowing the sexer's cock to see if the girl has a small "bump", which would indicate that the girl is male. Some females also have bumps, although they are rarely as large as a rooster.
The eminence or genital organ is found in the middle at the bottom of the vents, and looks like a very small pimple. Most men have a relatively prominent eminence, most women do not have it. However, a small proportion of men and women have relatively small eminences. Chilling these chickens can be very difficult, but with regular practice, a more sexy person will eventually learn to identify the differences.
When learning to chicken sex, it is best to assume that chickens with small eminences are women. Male Eminence is strong and will not disappear when rubbed gently with thumb.
A paper on vet sex was published in Japan in 1933 by Professors Masui and Hashimoto, who were immediately translated into English under the title of the baby cock. After their discovery, poultry farmers are interested in recruiting those who have been trained in Masui and Hashimoto's techniques, or sending representatives to Japan to study it.

Sex-related slow-feather genes can be used for crossbreeding where the chick's sex can be determined at the time of hatching with wing feather length. Crosses between fast haired men and women with slow feathers produce offspring where the hen has a major wing feather that is significantly longer than the cover. The rooster has a shorter primary wing feathers, almost the same length as the lid.
Color sexing
The sex-related silver/gold gene (Ss) can also be used for the newly hatched chicks' gender. A female mated to a male will produce offspring where females have darker and thicker colors, while males have lighter and whiter colors. If it is not obscured by other colors (controlled by other genes), chicks can be accurately gained with little or no training.
Breed auto-sexing
With some breeds, newly hatched female sex can be found by inspection without the use of sex-related crosses in the parent stock. One example of an auto-sexing breed is California Gray, developed by Dryden Farms in the 1950s.
Breed semi-auto-sexing
Newly hatched Barred Rocks, Rhode Island Reds, and New Hampshire Reds can be classified with fair accuracy. With Barred Rocks, males tend to have a large and distinct white head and yellow feet, and females have smaller, less well-defined head points and darker legs. Rhode Island Red and New Hampshire Red chicks with chipmunk stripes are almost always female. With all these breeds, chicks with the most different indicators can be classified with confidence, while others can not. However, one can often choose more than one group of live chickens (at feed stores, say) and find enough sex to be desired.
Alternate method
Small poultry farmers whose operations are not big enough to guarantee hiring more sexy chickens have to wait until the four-six-week-old turtles before studying the sex of their chickens. At that time, the characteristics of their secondary sex began to emerge, making it possible for anyone with little training for chicken sex.

An automated system for determining the gender of girls developing long before hatching has been announced but not widely used in July 2016.
Sexing machine
Chicken sexing instrument or machine is almost gone, because the instrument is no longer available and spare parts can not be obtained. The Optical (English) or Chicktester (Japan) Keeler Engine is equipped with a light-blunt, telescopic tube. The more sexy person inserts the tube into the evacuated cloaca and with the aid of light can identify either the testes or the ovaries. Successful development of this technique depends on students' ability and level of experience.
